Visiting Promoters
Assembly is delighted to welcome Visiting Promoters to the festival and we will do all we can to assist you during your visit to Edinburgh. The Festival is one of the greatest showcases in the world and we are committed to generating further work for companies taking part in our programme. We also believe it is important to sustain a forum for promoters to meet each other and find ways of working together more productively.
To register your interest in any of the shows under the Assembly banner please register online here. Please mention whether you have any specific interests in meeting other promoters and if you want advice on which shows you should see.
You should also register with the Fringe’s promoter liaison officer is Eileen O’Reilly. The Fringe also run a number of events. Information on these can be accessed via their website www.edfringe.com.
Ticket requests should be forwarded to either Eileen at the Fringe or the Assembly Press office on 0131 623 3050 or press@assemblyfestival.com or at the Assembly Press Office at 50 George Street. Tickets are run on an allocation basis with visiting companies. We will do our utmost to facilitate your requests but in some cases this may depend on availability.
We have a VIP Club Bar at the Assembly Rooms for visiting promoters’ use. Membership can be collected from the Press Office at the Assembly Rooms. You will need to show accreditation.
